sorry to anyone that might be following this that I haven't updated it in awhile. But I'm happy to say the house is motoring along. Bogdan the framer is pretty much done his work...roof trusses are up, the garage is done (framing) and it is huge!
The entire interior is framed, and we can walk into a room, pretend to tell them kids to stop doing something they shouldn't be doing, then I can walk downstairs to the 'fridge' and grab a beer...how cool?!
The plumber is in now doing his thing, installing the radiant heat, toilets and sinks etc...not sure how long he'll be there but hopefully no more than a month.
The roof will go on in a week or so...then the drywall...but that's getting ahead of ourselves.
